Booking and Reservations

If you make a booking request through our site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance according to our booking policies, which may be updated from time to time.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photos, logos, and design elements — belongs to The Hidden Eh or is used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

External Links

Reservations and Payment

When you’re ready to book your stay at The Hidden Eh, please complete the booking process on our website or through our trusted booking partners like Vrbo.
Payment: Currently, payments are handled through these booking platforms, and we’ll keep you updated if we decide to use direct payment through our website in the future. Rest assured, your payment is securely processed.

Pricing & fees

We aim to offer a fair and transparent pricing structure. The prices displayed on our booking page reflect the cost of your stay, and may vary depending on the season, demand, or the length of your visit.
All additional fees (like cleaning fees or taxes) will be clearly outlined when you book. Our goal is to make sure there are no surprises—just an easy, relaxing stay.

Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: From 3:00 PM onwards

  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM

These times help us ensure everything is ready for the next guests. If you need to adjust these times, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Cancellations and Modifications

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 30 days before arrival: Free cancellation.

  • Between 14 and 30 days before check-in: 50% refund (minus any service fees).

  • Less than 14 days before check-in: Unfortunately, cancellations are non-refundable.

In some cases, we may be able to transfer your deposit into a gift certificate for a future stay — please reach out if you would like to explore this option.

Please note that if you have booked through a third-party platform (such as Airbnb or VRBO), their cancellation policies may apply instead, and we are unable to waive any fees set by these platforms.

Guest Responsibilities

We want you to feel at home during your stay, and we ask that you respect the space as if it were your own. This includes:

  • Respecting our quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

  • Taking care of the property and reporting any damages immediately

  • Keeping the space tidy—our cleaning fee covers general cleaning, but we ask that you remove personal items and take out any trash.

Liability

While we do everything we can to ensure your safety, we ask that you use common sense and caution during your stay. You are responsible for your own safety and wellbeing.
We are not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur on the property or during outdoor activities. Please make sure to supervise children and be mindful of the natural surroundings.

Complaints and Issues

We want every stay to be a great one! If you encounter any issues during your stay, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’re here to help and will do everything we can to resolve any concerns promptly.

Smoking, Pets, and Outdoor Space

  • No Smoking: We’re a smoke-free cabin to keep the air fresh for everyone.

  • Pets: We’re pet-friendly and welcome your furry friends to join you during your stay. Please ensure your pets are well-behaved, and clean up after them.

  • Outdoor Space: Our outdoor areas are perfect for stargazing, relaxing, and enjoying nature. Please respect the environment, and keep the space as beautiful as you found it!

Additional Guidelines

  • Security: The cabin is equipped with security cameras outside the property for your safety and the safety of our guests. These cameras are not inside the cabin, and your privacy is always respected.

  • Guests: The cabin can comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests. We ask that you don’t exceed this limit, so everyone has room to relax and enjoy their stay.

  • Quiet Enjoyment: We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels reasonable.
